When will my order ship?

Most order ship the same day or next day. You will receive an email from us with the shipping carrier tracking number when your order leaves our facility.

How long will my order take to ship?

Most orders arrive within 1-5 business days via USPS First-Class Mail. Large orders ship with Fedex or UPS and will also take 1-5 business days depending on location.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships you will be provided with a USPS, UPS, or Fedex tracking number. Please use this tracking number to check on the status of your shipment.

How can I change something on my order?

If you would like to change something on your order please contact us. If your order has not yet shipped yet we can make the change.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

When you spend $50 or more on our site (before tax) you will automatically be given free shipping when you checkout.

How can I check my order status?

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email from us with the order details. You will receive an additional email once your order is shipped out. If you need further assistance please contact us.

Where are orders shipped from?

ShopLux is located in California, United States. All orders ship from our warehouse in California unless otherwise stated on the product page.

What countries do you ship to?

ShopLux currently only ships within the U.S. 50 States.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 


ReturnsYou have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 


Your item must be in the original packaging.Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 


You are responsible for paying to ship the item back to us. 



Refunds 


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. 


 We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 


If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). 


You will receive the credit within 3-5 days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 


All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and original shipping will be deducted from the refund.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items are in stock unless otherwise stated. Items that are not currently available will read "Out of Stock" on the product page.
